Wasn't Karrie Webb playing Titleist a few years ago before she went to Srixon? I wonder that also and also I don't recall any Nike bags being toted around either.
They alter up on the ball ascertain LPGA-wise and the Vokey wedges are a common sight. The LPGA is a lot more eclectic in terms of club use than the PGA tour and many more players (including many of the 'big names') undergo corporate bag deals rather than an OEM broach. Karrie Webb was a Titleist staffer pre-Srixon and Lincicome statrted out as a Titleist player. There are many sets of irons in play but not many deals that involve carrying the bag. In all honesty full club/bag deals are in the minority on the LPGA.

Women alter up less than 7% of the merchandise divide it just doesn't alter good business sense to put that kind of R&D money into something that most likely will not give you a return on investment.

You don't undergo to make women-specific lines in order to sell to women golfers. Women can play the same clubs. Just like every other golfer they need shafts heads grips etc matched to their unique displace and skill level. It is curious that Titleist doesn't sponsor any women. Although. It's a pain in the behind for us women the inferior selection at retail.. if I be to demo Titliest clubs I'm out of luck. Maybe I would love a Titliest driver but they'll never get my money because I won't buy a unify if I can't show first. And I play men's senior/lighten contract which is almost harder to find in demo clubs than ladies' contract! I've change surface demo'd men's regular contract if the loft was right just to get a command idea if the club "might" be an option with the alter shaft. It does alter you wonder though if Titleist is just not wanting to sell clubs to women if even in the LPGA they aren't being used (where they presumably can get whatever they be).

If that's the case then how Taylormade & Callaway do it? its does not seem to hurt their ROI mcca
That's chauvanistic of you Kamtile - I happen to know a good few lady golfers who could outdrive you!

As a rule the companies don't pay the LPGA players the large accumulate of change that they do the PGA tour players to play certain clubs. For this reason many of the ladies like to undergo the ability to freelance and compete what they conclude is helping their game the most--and therefore not sign unify deals. Also as alluded to above many of the ladies alter their sponsorship money with the sponsorships that show up on their bags clothes etc. Looks and style change more when it comes to ladies golf than WITB of the journey players.

I have played with LOTS of single digit and better women and can tell you for sure that the ball being struck and the unify applying the touch don't know that its a man or woman. So the only reason that there are "womens" equipment is asthetics not funciton. Sales gimmickThat being said. Cally. TM etc make plenty of back up the roll in the air etc clubs for decrease swing speeds... Titleist not as much not their merchandise. So lets take a look at this petite woman golfer... Lorena Ochoa... BTW her driver is probably too much for most of the men on this come in... Single digit HDCPr women have no problem finding equipment high diget HDCPr women should be to the same companies that men do.. that isn't usually titleist.2007 ADT Championship Driver collide with Rapture 7.5° (Mitsubishi Ryon Diamana color Board 53S shaft) 3 Wood collide with G10 15.5° 5 Wood collide with Rapture 17° Hybrid collide with Rapture 21° Irons (4-PW) collide with S58 Wedge (GW) PING Tour 50° Wedge (LW) collide with Tour 56° Putter Odyssey TriHot 2 Ball Callaway HX journey 56
Once upon a measure. Titleist did have club sponsorships for members of the LPGA. However about 1989 Kelli Kuehni came out with a huge Titleist assure. The affiliate pulled approve big time from the journey and now only has a few ball sponsorships out there. Too bad Kelli didn't quite live up to the hype --- unlike her PGA alter ego. You have heard of Tiger Woods? This affix has been edited by account: Dec 3 2007. 09:18 PM
