I’ve done it. Here’s my thoughts. The first time I did it it worked. But the minute I got off it. I gained my weight back. This time around when I joined Buddyslim. I found out real quick I was a refined carb and sugar ADDICT so I decided to do just the first two weeks (Phase I) of South Beach because I knew it would get my sugar and carb cravings under control and impel start my metabolism.
