I know that I undergo not posted in a while but I am still on the Atkins fast and it has and still is working. I started at 247 and now weight 178. My waist went from 47 to 38 inches and I just had to undergo my wedding band resized because it would just fall off my touch. That went from a 10 and 3/4 to a coat 9. My apparel coat has gone from a 2x to a meduim. I am now maintaning my weight and undergo intriduced more CARBS in my diet. I still have to watch the cover and pasta but now I can at least have some from time to time. Congrats! I recently lost 100+ lbs myself and I know what a long journey it is especially when you consider yourself a "foodie". I didn't use Atkins just limited carbs and calorie restriction. Good luck reintroducing carbs it is very easy to let them act over if you are not vigilant. act up the great bring home the bacon. I did not use Atkins to a tee either. They key for me was reducing the carbs and trying to eat only good carbs. It is funny that if you do this the calorie align is not that important assuming that you get a little active like walking.
